By placing an order through this site, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Policies. Each item is handcrafted or curated with care and often made in limited quantities. For this reason, all sales are final, except in cases where an item arrives damaged.
Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Because each bracelet and jewelry item is handcrafted or carefully curated in small quantities, all sales are final. This ensures the highest level of hygiene, quality, and fairness to every customer. For these reasons, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.
Why Are All Sales Final?
Our jewelry is made or selected in limited quantities, and many bracelets are one-of-a-kind.
Accepting returns would prevent us from guaranteeing that all customers receive new, unworn, and uncompromised jewelry. This policy protects the integrity of every piece we create or curate.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@eirabraceletsbar.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
If a replacement is available, it will be shipped. If not, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Earrings
For hygiene and safety, all earrings are final sale — both handmade and curated.
Necklaces
Please review necklace length before purchasing. Fit may vary depending on your neck size and how you prefer necklaces to lay. All necklaces are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Bracelets
Each bracelet is handcrafted and unique. All bracelets are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Final Sale Items
Any item labeled Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. Each item is prepared with care to ensure quality before leaving our studio.
Shipping Confirmation
Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on carrier, location, and shipping method.
Shipping delays caused by the carrier or weather are outside our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Eira Bracelets Bar is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
Eira Bracelets Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undelivered packages.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and any additional fees required by their country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs processing, regional delays, or local postal services. Eira Bracelets Bar is not responsible for packages delayed or held by customs.
Combined Orders
Multiple orders may ship separately unless requested otherwise before fulfillment.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons, sales, and holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended.
Loving Care Tips
Each unique piece has been handmade, often with one-of-a-kind beads and components. Please note to handle each piece delicately. Attention to these simple care tips will keep your jewelry looking new and beautiful for years to come.
Avoid moisture & chemicals - Water, lotion, perfume, and hairspray. Apply these products before putting on your jewelry.
Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or cleaning. If the jewelry becomes wet, dry it thoroughly with a clean cloth.
Caring for metal jewelry - A soft cloth is included with chain necklaces and bracelets to keep them shining.
Roll bracelets on and off your wrist gently. Removing stacked bracelets all at once may cause the elastic to stretch or snap.
Layered bracelets? One at a time! Put them on and take them off individually to avoid stretching or damage.
Be gentle - Handmade pieces are delicate, so handle them with love.
Store jewelry in a dry place — preferably in your Eira linen bag.
Travel smart - Store your jewelry in its Eira linen bag.
Repair Policy
All repairs must meet the following requirements, or the item will be returned to the sender.
If your item arrives damaged, please email contact@eirabraceletsbar.com immediately.
A restringing fee of $7.00 applies to all stretch bracelet repairs.
Please inquire about necklace repair fees at contact@eirabraceletsbar.com.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees related to repairs.
Most repairs are completed and shipped back within 7–14 days.
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many pieces, some items may not be repairable. For questions, email contact@eirabraceletsbar.com.
